THE STORYMineralis has supplied materials for all phases of the Haak om Leeuwarden (bypass), namely Northern, Central and South.
The Haak om Leeuwarden is a motorway and a diversion of the A31. The new road is located to the south and west of the city of Leeuwarden. The route runs from Marssum, west of Leeuwarden, in a smooth curve in a south-easterly direction, and joins up with the existing A31 and A32 after a fork at the Werpsterhoek interchange.
